Adobe India has aggressive recruitment plans and is planning to recruit more than 300 people over the next year. 2. What is the recruiting process at Adobe’s India campus? The recruitment process consists of a series of tests followed by interviews. The tests consist of an aptitude and quantitative test for all positions and technical tests related to the specific functional area. For example, a person applying for a development position would need to sit for an engineering, C and C++ test. Candidates who qualify in the test may be called for interviews. The final candidate is selected based on the outcome of the interviews. 3. Do outstation candidates have to come to Noida and Bangalore for the tests? Besides our offices, we have facilities to test candidates at different locations, which include the following: Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad.
